Made-to-Order Policy

All Qullat products are made-to-order using Printful. Because of this:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Wrong size ordered

    • Change of mind

    • Buyer’s remorse

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized goods

Since all our products are made-to-order, returns are not accepted under this right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will fully resolve issues where:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print is defective

  • You receive the wrong product

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos

Resolution options:

  • Free replacement

  • Full refund

Lost Packages

If tracking confirms loss, we will resend or refund.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
